CHEF & MANAGER | JAMES MATHERS

James Mathers, affectionately known as Jimmy, is the head chef and manager of Bread & Fill. With over a decade of experience working with food, he has a true passion for the business.  Speaking of trends in the quick service industry, Jimmy says “The Sydney market is changing. Customers demand fast, quality meals and I’m excited by the challenge to serve delicious, wholesome food in a quick service atmosphere.” The open display showcasing Bread & Fill’s range of meats slow-cooked on the French rotisserie, variety of seasonal salads, enticing sandwich options and bakery items are a visual feast for the senses. The store front design allows Jimmy to interact with customers and anyone who has had the pleasure of speaking with Jimmy would know of his eccentric personality as well as the pride he has in his food.
